The Origin of PAT Correcting The Administrative Inversion
For decades, administrative processes have slowly inverted the truth of the Constitution. The State is, by legal definition, a Public Trust. The individuals of the nation are the Beneficiaries, and public office holders are the Trustees.
However, modern bureaucracy has engineered an illusion where Trustees operate as if they possess inherent supremacy. Complex jargon, automated systems, and "company policies" are weaponised to shield officials from scrutiny and extract compliance without strictly verified authority.
The Public Accountability Trust was formed to break this illusion. We saw highly capable people feeling powerless against local councils and regulatory bodies simply because they lacked the procedural framework to challenge them. We built PAT to equip individuals with the precise, orthodox legal architecture required to correct the hierarchy and remind public servants of their place.

The Public Accountability Trust (PAT) is the frontline operational network.
